Book Review: Knit One Girl Two by Shira Glassman

Clara is an independent dyer of yarn looking for inspiration for color pallets, Danielle is a local painter looking for inspiration of her own, and both of them love Captain Werewolf and half sours.

This is an adorable little romance starring supportive jewish artsy girlfriends who fucking support representational art. It’s a novella, so you can read it in an afternoon and you’ll also be sad it’s over so soon, but you’ll carry the warmth from this for a while because you have a sweet happy ending and an open window to follow up, as I certainly shall, with Cinnamon Blade: A Knife in Shining Armor.

4/5 stars. Sweet read, much enjoyment was had, shall continue to think fondly of Clara and Danielle and their cute little yarn subscriptions as I finally attempt to learn to knit.
